Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation within 7 days there is no penalty before arrival; in case of cancellation from 7 days to 1 day before arrival 50% penalty; in case of no show 100% penalty. In case of late arrival or early departure there is no reduction / refund.

• Prices do not include the tourist tax of € 2.50 per person per day up to and not beyond 10 days of stay (children up to 14 years old are exempt)
• Dogs are allowed on request
• All rooms are non-smoking
• Rooms are available from 2:00 pm on the day of arrival and check out time is by 10:00 am on the day of departure
• We kindly ask you to inform us if you will be present for lunch on the day of arrival
